Delivery + restaurant operations
Every order. One place.No commission.
Online, by phone, by text, at the table and from the delivery apps. Every order goes straight into your POS or onto your kitchen screen.
$0 to your restaurant. Your guest pays for it, and sees what they are paying before they pay.
Works with the POS you already have
New
Introducing Call Thru ordering.
The moment Gabi answers, she texts the caller your menu. Then she moves their screen while she talks: the dish she's describing, the order as she adds to it, the total and the card at the end. They hear it and see it, so nothing gets lost over the phone.
A real call to Matteo's on our demo line. We trimmed the pauses and took out the street name.
Phone ordering
Your phone, answered. Free.
DeliverUp answers every call and takes the order. Our concierge is like the best server on your team: we answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and remember to upsell on every call.
Most of the AI phone services charge a monthly fee, and many bill by the minute. DeliverUp is part of your team, not a meter running: nothing per month, nothing per minute, and no cap on minutes.
Ordering
Take every order, however it comes in
Eight ways in, one place they land. Nothing to juggle between tablets, and no marketplace sitting between you and the guest.
Every order, one place
All of it lands in one place.
Orders go straight into the POS you already use. On another system, or no POS at all, any tablet becomes your kitchen screen and front-of-house terminal.
Your website
A site that gets found
Built around your food, your colors and your story, live the day you sign up. The site here is a live DeliverUp site. Tap it and scroll through.
- Yours to change. Photos, colors, fonts, pages and your own domain whenever you want one.
- Built for Google. A page for every dish and every neighborhood you serve, structured data on all of it, a home recipe on each dish, a blog, and a sitemap that keeps itself current.
- Readable by AI assistants. When someone asks an AI where to eat, your menu, prices and hours are there in plain language for it to read.
What it won't do is promise you the #1 spot. Nobody honestly can. It makes sure that when somebody searches for your food, there is something there to find.

Your guests
Bring them back
Every order is a guest you now know. Give them a reason to return, and a way to hear from you.
How it's free to you
Our core values
We never charge a restaurant anything. Every cost of the platform is paid by the guest.
That keeps more profit in the owner's pocket and lowers their overhead, which means even more profit.
Here's exactly how that works.
The order from the call above, two ways
$87.00 of food at Matteo's menu prices, delivered, with a $10.00 tip. On DoorDash the restaurant raises its prices 30% to cover the commission. It still comes up short.
Menu marked up 30%
The guest's checkout
The restaurant's side
Online prices 5% above the menu, the lowest setting
The guest's checkout
A treat for your kitchen, paid by the guest
The restaurant's side
With DeliverUp your restaurant also pays $0 for a subscription, setup, card processing, AI phone ordering and reservations.
Before tax on both, with a $10.00 driver tip. DoorDash at its 30% commission plan (card processing included in it), a 30% menu markup, 15% service fees and a $3.99 delivery fee; its fees vary by distance and market. DeliverUp at a 5% online price, which you can set higher, and the courier's quote for this delivery.
What your guest pays
Online prices a little above your dining room
At least 5%, and you choose how much. You keep your own price on every order, whole.
A service fee at checkout
Shown to the guest before they pay. Never taken from your side.
The delivery apps take a double-digit cut out of your side of every order and keep the customer. Here nothing comes out of what you receive, and the customer stays yours.
Your free ordering platform stopped being free?
If the tool you built your online ordering on has started charging, been bought, or is winding down, you can move here without losing your menu or your customers. We rebuild your site and your full menu for you, so you don't retype anything.
- We build your site and menu from what you already have
- Your ordering link keeps working; point it here when you're ready
- Nothing to cancel later: there's no contract and no monthly bill
Twenty years in restaurants. Ten of them as the owner.
I've worked every position in the building: dishwasher, prep, line, expo, server, bartender, manager. For the last ten years I've been the one signing the checks. I've done inventory at midnight, made payroll in a slow February, and paid a marketplace a double-digit cut of an order that came from my own customer.
This isn't a software company's guess at what a restaurant needs. It's the thing I wanted and couldn't buy. That's why it costs your restaurant nothing, and why the part your guest pays is on this page instead of hidden in a contract.

- Vendor ordering and price tracking
- Scheduling, time clock and labor

- Bar: beer, wine and cocktail costing

- A team of AI agents working from your own numbers
Reservations · Part of EchoROS
Reservations, free too.
Guests book straight from your own site, or by calling, and the same concierge that answers your phone takes the booking. Every one lands in one book. They get a confirmation text, then a reminder two hours before. They reply Y to keep the table or N to give it back. You set how many covers each time slot can take, so you never overbook.
Reservation platforms charge a monthly fee, and many charge for every guest who books. We charge your restaurant nothing for it: not per month, and not per cover.
Reservations are part of EchoROS, just one of our many features designed to put the owner first.
500 bookings a month
Covers booked through the network
OpenTable Core plan, 2026: $299 a month plus $1 for each cover booked through its network. Unlimited bookings with DeliverUp.
Waitlist · Part of EchoROS
Get in line before you leave the house.
Your site shows the live wait right at the top, so guests see it while they're deciding where to eat. They join from the couch: name, party size, phone and how far away they are.
When the line moves, they get a text to head over, sent early enough to cover the drive, so they walk in as their table opens instead of the table sitting empty. Guests can also join by calling, and your host adds walk-ins to the same list.
The wait comes from your tables and how long they turn. When we can't tell, we say how many parties are ahead instead of guessing. We charge your restaurant nothing for it.

Questions
What does DeliverUp cost the restaurant?
Nothing. No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no commission on your sales and no card processing. You keep your own price on every order, whole.
Then who pays for it?
Your guest does, in two places. Your online prices sit a little above your dining-room prices; it is at least 5%, and you choose how much. A service fee is added at checkout, shown before they pay. Nothing is taken out of what you receive.
Does it work with my POS?
DeliverUp works with Toast, Clover, Square, SkyTab, Lightspeed, TouchBistro, Genius, Aloha, GoTab, SpotOn, Revel, Oracle and Pecan. On those, orders go into the system you already use. Anything else, a tablet becomes your kitchen screen.
What does the AI on the phone actually do?
It answers the call, takes the order and texts the guest a link where they can see the menu and their order as it builds. It is set up to act like a server rather than an order taker. It answers questions about your menu, makes recommendations and suggests the add-on. The same concierge takes orders by text and at the table.
Does the AI phone ordering cost extra?
No. There is no monthly fee for it, nothing per minute and no cap on minutes. It comes with DeliverUp, free to your restaurant like the rest. A phone order is priced for your guest like any other order: they see the service fee before they pay.
Do reservations cost anything?
No. No monthly fee and no charge per cover. Guests book on your own site or by calling, where the AI on your phone takes the booking. They get a confirmation text and a reminder two hours before, which they can reply to to confirm or cancel. You set how many covers each time slot can take.
Who owns the customer list?
You do. Orders come through your own site, phone and tables, so the guest is your guest. You can text them, email them and export them whenever you want.
Do I need my own domain name?
No. Your site is live the day you sign up. If you would rather use your own domain, you can buy or connect one at any time and the site moves across with no rebuild.
What happens if I leave?
You can leave whenever you like. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, because there is nothing to cancel.
How is this different from EchoROS?
