Privacy Policy

DeliverUp is a service of OwnerClone Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you find a restaurant, order, call or text DeliverUp, and what we do with it. Restaurants that sell to you through DeliverUp have their own privacy policies for what they collect.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
• Order details: what you ordered, which restaurant, pickup or delivery address and any notes.
• Calls and texts: when you call or text DeliverUp, our automated assistant keeps a transcript so it can help you order.
• Location: if you choose “Near me”, your approximate location, used for that search only.
• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, for the restaurant. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website use: basic information about visits, such as pages viewed and the type of device and browser.

How we use it

• To help you choose a restaurant and pass your order to it.
• To send you the texts and emails you agreed to, such as order links and updates.
• To answer your questions and fix problems with an order.
• To send occasional offers, only if you separately agreed to receive them.
• To keep the service working and improve it.

Text messages

If you text DeliverUp, say yes when our assistant asks on a call, or give your number to order, we text you about your order. Offers are sent only to people who separately agreed to them. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only by the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• The restaurant you order from, which prepares and sells your order.
• Our payment processor, to charge your card for the restaurant.
• Delivery drivers and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address for a delivery order.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

None of these may use your information for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data is never shared, as described above.

Your choices

• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from DeliverUp.
• Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@ownerclone.com.

Children

DeliverUp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
