Text Message Terms

DeliverUp, operated by OwnerClone Inc · Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from DeliverUp, a service of OwnerClone Inc. DeliverUp has one phone number for every restaurant on it, (470) 437-4567: you call or text it, tell us what you're in the mood for or which restaurant you want, and we help you order. Every text comes from that number and names DeliverUp.

What we text

  • Your order: a link to follow your order on screen and add your address and payment, a notice when it's ready, and driver updates for a delivery. The text names the restaurant you ordered from.
  • Replies: when you text us, we text you back to help you choose a restaurant and build your order.
  • Offers: occasional news and offers from DeliverUp restaurants near you, up to 4 a month, only if you separately agreed to receive them.

How you sign up

  • By texting us: texting (470) 437-4567 to order is asking us to text you back about that order.
  • On a call: the first time you call, our automated phone assistant asks, word for word: “Can I send you a text from DeliverUp so you can follow along on the screen and put in your address and payment information? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.” We text you only if you say yes, and we remember your answer for later calls.
  • When you order: giving your number to place an order means we text you about that order. The first text says: “DeliverUp will text you about this order — when it is ready, and where the driver is. We will not send you offers unless you ask us to. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • Offers: a separate box, never checked for you: “Also text me occasional offers and news from DeliverUp restaurants in my area — up to 4 a month. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Agreeing to texts is never required to order.

Your order is with the restaurant

You order from, and pay, the restaurant you choose; the restaurant is the seller. DeliverUp connects you to it and keeps you posted. Agreeing to DeliverUp texts does not sign you up for texts from the restaurant's own number, and the other way round.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will get one message confirming it, and no more texts from DeliverUp. Reply START to sign up again.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@ownerclone.com.

The fine print
